1. Features: the radiator combined with the advantages of copper and aluminum, using the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the aluminum heat sink heating, and then put copper into it, and then the overall cooling. Because there is no third party medium, the copper radiator greatly reduces the thermal resistance of the contact surface, not only combined with the tightness of copper and aluminum, but also make full use of the fast heat dissipation of aluminum, copper fast heat absorption characteristics, better heat dissipation effect, is one of the mainstream radiator types on the market.

2. Disadvantages:

The copper surface of the copper radiator is easy to oxidize, and the surface is dirty or foreign matter is attached (thermal conductive adhesive, paste coating end).

Copper has a high material cost and requires good pressing technology to control the pressing gap.
