2.1 The mechanical properties of the weld are good. The friction stir welding radiator is a method of solid phase connection. The welding temperature is low, the weld metal only reaches the plastic state without melting, and maintains the metallurgical properties of the base metal.
2.2 Low cost, high efficiency is through the friction and stirring between the stirring head and the welding parts, gradually realize the welding of the whole weld, and in the welding process, there is no need to add other welding materials, such as welding rod, welding wire, flux and protective gas.
